The Alumnae Association of Women’s Christian College is a forum that brings together several generations of former students, tied together by the bond of common feelings of affection and loyalty to their alma mater. Many programmes are conducted for the benefit of students and staff members. Fund raised at Reunion has been donated for cancer treatment of an office staff. Every year Alumnae fund provides academic prizes for each general subject. Apart from all these services, the Association also conducts cultural programmes by ex and present students of the college. Awareness programme on cervical cancer was organized in 2016 so as to enable female students in taking proper preventive measures.
Two-Day Elocution Workshop organised by Alumni Association along with the Women’s Study Cell of Women’s Christian College, sponsored by UBCHEA and Alumni Association’ held on 28-29 April, 2017, was an interesting event in which under the tutelage of famous theatre personality Sree Jagganath Basu, participants learnt the subtle techniques of elocution.
